This wine is a classic Tsinandali that is a dry white wine made as a blend from autochthonous Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane grapes. The hand-picked grapes are crushed and the juice, after short skin contact, is fermented in temperature controlled high-quality stainless steel tanks.
